Police shoot taser into Hispanic man with epilepsy—claim his epileptic seizure means he's "resisting."

"They had been warned about his medical condition but fired anyway," said brother.
"It has been exactly one year since the incident—and I need this to finally come to light."
The brothers Luis Castillo and Miguel Castillo were the victims of an assault on June 18, 2025.
Police officers arrived ready to fight—and immediately pulled two tasers with no reason.
Incident occurred in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, New York.
