After I exposed the Texas government's taxpayer funded website ADVERTISING BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR ILLEGALS IN SPANISH... it appears Texas HHSC DELETED THE WEBSITE so the link wouldn't work and it would appear to be taken down... only to post the Spanish language advertisement AT A NEW URL!
