This is an outrageous propaganda by radical Hindutvawadis who align with Hasina. When an Awami goon, who happens to be Hindu, faces retaliation for their atrocities against the people, they project their Hindu identity. Hasina has killed more than 10 Hindu students during the first spell of protest, and a Hindu child was shot from a helicopter. অসহযোগ আন্দোলন সফল করতে বৈষম্যবিরোধী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের আহ্বান

১। কেউ কোনো ধরনের ট্যাক্স বা খাজনা প্রদান করব��ন না ।

২। বিদ্যুৎ বিল, গ্যাস বিল, পানির বিলসহ কোনো ধরনের বিল পরিশোধ করবেন না। ৩। সকল ধরনের সরকারি-বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠান ও অফিস-আদালত সম্পূর্ণ বন্ধ থাকবে। শুধুমাত্র কোটা আন্দোলনকারীদের মামলার জামিনের জন্য বিশেষ কোট চালু করবেন।

৪। ছাত্র-জনতার কর্মসূচী পরিচালনার সুবিধার্থে, গণতান্ত্রিক প্রজাতন্ত্রের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের নিমিত্তে শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলো খোলা থাকবে। সকল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভিসি ও প্রশাসন ছাত্র-জনতার নির্দেশ মানতে বাধ্য থাকবে।

৫। প্রবাসী ভাই ও বোনেরা ব্যাংক বা কোনো অ্যাপসের মাধ্যমে রেমিট্যান্স পাঠাবেন না।

৬। সব ধরনের সরকারি সভা-সেমিনার আয়োজন ও এতে অংশগ্রহণ করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন

৭। বন্দরের কর্মীরা কাজে যোগ দেবেন না। কোনো ধরনের পণ্য খালাস করবেন না ।

৮। দেশের কোনো কলকারখানা চলবে না। গার্মেন্টসে কর্মরত ভাই-বোনেরা কাজে যাবেন না। জনগণের ইচ্ছার বিরুদ্ধে কেউ কলকারখানা চালু রাখলে পণ্য বয়কট ও শ্রমিক আন্দোলন শুরু হবে।

৯। বাস, রেল, লঞ্চসহ সকল গণপরিবহণ বন্ধ থাকবে। চালক-শ্রমিক কেউ কাজে যাবেন না।

১০। আগামী রবিবার (৪ আগস্ট) ব্যাংকগুলো একদ���ন খোলা থাকবে।
এই দিন সকল লেনদেন শেষ করবেন। তারপর থেকে কেউ আর ব্যাংকে যাবেন না সোমবার থেকে সকল সরকারি ও বেসরকারি ব্যাংক বন্ধ থাকবে।

১১। পুলিশ সদস্যরা রুটিন ডিউটি ব্যতীত কোনো ধরনের প্রটোকল ডিউটি, রায়ট ডিউটি ও প্রটেস্ট ডিউটিতে যাবেন না। কেবল থানা পুলিশ নিয়মিত থানার রুটিন ওয়ার্ক করবে। পুলিশের স্পেশাল ফোর্স, সিআরটি এবং সোয়াট তাদের দপ্তরেই ফিরে যাবে।

১২। সেনাবাহিনী ক্যান্টনমেন্টে ফেরত যাবে। বিজিবি তাদের দপ্তর এবং সীমান্তে ফিরে যাবে। নৌবাহিনী কোস্টাল এরিয়া এবং তাদের দপ্তরে ফেরত যাবে।

১৩। আমলারা সচিবালয়ে যাবেন না, ডিসি বা উপজেলা কর্মকর্তারা নিজ নিজ কার্যালয়ে যাবেন না।

১৪। বিলাস দ্রব্যের দোকান, শো-রুম, বিপণী-বিতান, হোটেল, মোটেল, রেস্টুরেন্ট বন্ধ থাকবে।

১৫। স্বৈরাচার সরকারকে বয়কট করুন, তাদের কোনো খবর প্রকাশ করবেন না��যারা সৈরাচারের পক্ষে কোনো সংবাদ প্রচার করবেন তাদেরকে জাতীয়ভাবে বয়কট করা হবে।

১৬। বন্ধ থাকবে বিমান বন্দরের কার্যক্রম।

হাসপাতাল, ফার্মেসি, জরুরি পরিবহন সেবা, যেমন: ঔষধ ও চিকিৎসা সরঞ্জাম পরিবহণ, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স সেবা, ফায়ার সার্ভিস, গণমাধ্যম, নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্য পরিবহণ, জরুরি ইন্টারনেট সেবা, জরুরি ত্রাণ সহায়তা এবং এই খাতে কর্তব্যরত কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারী পরিবহণ সেবা অসহযোগ আন্দোলনের আওতামুক্ত থাকবে। নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্যের দোকানপাট বেলা ১১-১টা পর্যন্ত খোলা থাকবে।
