Hey @Marriott@Westin - I am paying over $300 CAD a night in the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto & have had to make several complaints since my arrival about these visibly moldy blankets. The manager says all the blankets are this way and refuses to change them.
These sheets are visibly unclean & unsafe. I have made several calls to the front desk but still have mold-covered blankets on our beds. I requested customer service through the formal web portal & still haven't heard back. I simply want the clean place to sleep that I paid for.
