Fascism hater. Venting against bad governance, opportunists & renegades masquerading as nationalists. Twitter never won elections. And other interesting stuff
How is it not a bigger deal that US strikes have claimed 3 Indian lives? How's there no reciprocation at all? Or even an outrage by so many who claim to be nationalists? Where's our spine gone really?
JRD Tata loses a pen!
JRD Tata, then Chairman of the Tata group, and senior Tata Directors used to meet for lunch at Bombay House (the Tata Group's headquarters) every day. One day, JRD came to lunch, sad that he had lost his favourite pen. He used to always carry a Parker pen set - a fountain pen and a ball pen.
"Look", he said sadly, "I have lost the ball pen. I don't know where it has gone. I have looked all over...but it's gone."
One of the Directors in the lunch room that day was Dr. Jamshed (JJ) Irani of Tata Steel. He made note of JRD Tata's loss. A few weeks later, when he was visiting London, he went to a small shop near Selfridges specialising in pens, and found a ball pen identical to the one JRD had lost. He bought it immediately. The next time he met JRD Tata, he presented that pen to him.
JRD was delighted. "Yes, Jamshed, it is exactly like the one I lost." For the first one or two minutes, he used it and tried it out. Then, Dr. Irani saw JRD's expression change slowly.
After a couple of minutes, he gave the ball pen back to Dr. Irani, and said - "Thank you for the thought. This is exactly what I wanted, but I cannot accept it."
"Why?" asked Dr. Irani, "I thought you were looking for this."
JRD answered - "Yes, Jamshed. But it is a principle of mine not to accept any gifts from any of my colleagues at work. If I did, then I know my colleagues would try to outdo each other and give me exorbitant gifts."
Dr. Irani tried to persuade him. "But Sir, nobody would know that I have given you this pen. You can say that you found it in your room. I am not going to go around saying that I have given JRD an identical pen."
JRD responded - "Jamshed, I know you will not do any such thing. But I would know. I would know that I accepted this gift against my principles. I am sorry, but I cannot accept it."
Each of us decides the principles by which we lead our lives. The principles that we will stand by, even if no one is looking or speaking about them. The principles that define who we really are. This story of JRD Tata's lost ball pen can help us reflect on what our own life's principles are. #Tata #ethics
AVADH OJHA DESTROYS WHATSAPP HISTORY 🔥
Around 1950, almost every major leader had written books.
Nehru wrote. Maulana Azad wrote. Subhas Chandra Bose wrote. Ambedkar wrote.
Today, out of 545 MPs, maybe a handful can write.
People know nothing about Nehru’s economic policy, foreign policy or Five-Year Plans.
But they know one thing: Edwina Mountbatten.
If someone abuses Nehru without knowing what India was in 1947, that person is historically foolish.
PERIOD.
Watched this woman destroy an innocent girls life while reading her WhatsApp Messages on the news. For ratings. Had her call me anti-national on the news for speaking about women’s safety. For ratings. Now she’s ‘concerned’ about women. For ratings. Give me a break. That’s my take.
After Vote Chori and Sarkar Chori - the BJP-EC jugalbandi has finished the contest before it has even begun with Seat Chori.
Look at what happened in the recent Rajya Sabha elections.
Congress candidate Meenakshi Natarajan ji submitted every document. No pending cases. The EC cancelled her nomination on a frivolous BJP objection.
Parimal Nathwani ji, the BJP-backed independent, got his own name wrong on the form and skipped multiple mandatory disclosures. The EC gave him an extension to fix everything.
Same Election Commission. Two candidates. One was disqualified without even a hearing. The other was rewarded despite not following the rules.
When the Congress sought a meeting, the EC first tried to evade us. When we finally met, they did not say one word.
Expect to see much more of this - because for the BJP, it is far easier to fix the election than to win it.

Mohammad Deepak too comes out in support now..
When someone is ill or a family is grieving, they deserve empathy, support, and space. The cyber attacks following the passing of veteran actor #SalimKumar are deeply disturbing. He was a great supporter of the #Congress party. Political differences should never override basic human decency. We need greater restraint and sensitivity on social media.
The Nehru-Modi comparison is utterly senseless. You can't declare a winner in a race when the sprinters ran in different decades, on different tracks, under different rules. The current one hasn't even finished writing his papers; khalihars are already marking pass/fail.
@TheLallantop@kuldeepmishra Log badal gaye. Good songs became hard to comprehend because of lack of patience, need to be instantly gratified and even emotional bankruptcy amongst the recent generations.
Thank you @narendramodi ji for holding our Nation together for the last 12 years. Thank you for giving us the pride of being Indian.
Thank you for being the Statesman you are. Thank you for your foresight .. politically and economically.. and thank you 🙏🏽 for being a true Indian. @narendramodi

Had it not been for Al Jazeera, we would never have known about it.
This is how stupid they take Indian people to be. And the people are ok with this in India. Someone rarely fights back. This is why the British ruled us for so long.
Meenakshi Natarajan vs Amit Shah vs Narendra Modi
In 2016, senior bureaucrat B.K. Bansal and his son died by suicide after what their note described as brutal CBI torture and harassment. The note explicitly referred to Amit Shah, with one officer allegedly boasting of being "Amit Shah's man." Yet, in election after election, not one Returning Officer has ever dared to reject Amit Shah's nomination papers over non-disclosure of this damning reference, because there was no FIR or case against him on this matter (although in a functional democracy he would have been investigated).
Now look at June 2026.
Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan's Rajya Sabha nomination from Madhya Pradesh has been rejected. No FIR. No chargesheet. No proper case against her. Just a passing mention in a private complaint filed by an individual against someone else. That is all.
And suddenly, the Returning Officer discovers an "affidavit compliance" and throws out her nomination.
This is not a procedure. This is political execution dressed up as election scrutiny.
When a suicide note names Amit Shah, the system looks away. When a Congress candidate is casually mentioned in a flimsy private complaint, the same system swings its sword like it has found India's biggest criminal conspiracy.
The double standard is grotesque, shameless, and nauseating.
The Election Commission is behaving like a compliant arm of the ruling party. The message is clear: BJP leaders are above disclosure, above scrutiny, above consequence. Opposition candidates will be disqualified on the flimsiest pretexts.
And let us not forget: Narendra Modi hid his marital status in affidavits for years. He LIED. No Returning Officer rejected his nomination then. Because that was the old India, where the Election Commission tried to offer a level playing field.
Today, democracy is not merely being eroded. It is being looted in broad daylight.
