@VueHelp very disappointed to visit Vue Portsmouth today and find out our film couldn't be shown. The staff were great and apologetic and had reported to hq yesterday. My booking disappeared from the app but no email or other notification that it had been cancelled. 1/2
I get that issues happen (not sure if it was human or technical error with the scheduling). Happy to provide more details as don't want to name the great staff publicly, they did all they could to make it right, but still left a sour taste

@DLPReport I never quite had that on my trips but definitely left my hotel for the walk through the village in the dark for a nice recent sunrise park entry! I certainly loved when it was getting dark enough in January that the daytime parade was a night parade!
@DLPReport I did think they had painted themselves into a corner when doing bronze, silver and gold if they ever wanted to add more levels. I don't mind the higher prices and lower perks than the olden times but don't like the clunky pass names 🫣
@strictlymiaa Swings and roundabouts. If they announce an on-sale date and time you end up in a waiting room and it’s then luck if you get through in time. Never going to please everyone (though I appreciate that I am lucky to live less than 2 hours from London)
How sad @sainsburys Eastleigh looks. Empty fruit and veg display at the entrance. No tills open. 1 overworked member of staff trying to assist two banks of self scan while an older customer desperately asks for a till. Nearly missed my bus as got a spot check on smartshop.
