The Scottish Government appears to have abandoned its own policy in relation to compulsory redundancies.

The impact of this is very real at City of Glasgow and Edinburgh college - were local strike action continues today.

@MisterHBrown @JennyGilruth The problem isn’t necessarily that the strike days are being taken off at the higher rate. The problem is that not all councils have dealt with this pay increase and back pay the same way. Your pay as a teacher in Scotland shouldn’t come down to a postcode lottery 😞
