We hate having to call cops out - but when you're wrong, you're wrong. A Midland police officer pepper-sprayed a seated citizen inside City Hall who was requesting paperwork.

Vicente Jimenez III went to Midland City Hall on July 2 to request a Notice of Claim form. He spent roughly 30 minutes speaking with Strategic Communications Director Stewart Doreen.

Video shows him seated and speaking without raising his voice or becoming violent.

Officer Sanchez arrived, ordered him to leave, pulled him from the chair when he asked for her supervisor, warned him, and then deployed pepper spray inside the public building.

A second officer handcuffed him outside, took his phone, and he was transported to the hospital while expressing concern about his heart condition and the extreme heat.

He was later released with no charges after officials reviewed the footage.

There was no identified crime. No charges. A citizen asking his government for paperwork ended up sprayed, cuffed, and hospitalized.

On behalf of the largest police news outlet in the world... the is BS. This use of force was unjustified. Officer Sanchez should be fired.

The second officer who assisted in the handcuffing and phone seizure should also face disciplinary charges.

Democratic Hawaii Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke was indicted by a grand jury on charges of criminal conspiracy to commit bribery, bribery and falsifying candidate committee reports stemming from a bribe she allegedly took as a state lawmaker in 2022.

The indictment alleges that local businessman and lobbyist Tobi Solidum offered Luke a $35,000 bribe connected to a COVID-19 testing contract a company he recommended had with the state.

Solidum was also indicted as part of the state attorney general’s probe, along with former state representative Ryan Yamane, Hawaii’s Transportation Department official Ford Fuchigami, and Leo Asunción, a former official for Hawaii’s public utilities commission.

A 94-year-old woman lost her paid-off condo over a $2,300 tax bill. The county sold it for $40,000 and kept every cent.

Geraldine Tyler owned a one-bedroom condo in Minneapolis. After a nearby incident left her afraid to stay, she moved into assisted living and could no longer cover both the new rent and the property taxes.

She fell $2,300 behind. Over time, penalties, interest, and fees ballooned the debt to roughly $15,000.

Hennepin County seized the condo, sold it for $40,000, and kept the entire amount, including tens of thousands in equity that should have belonged to her.

A federal appeals court initially said that was legal. Tyler took the case to the Supreme Court. In 2023 the justices ruled 9-0 that the government cannot take more than what is owed.

She was not alone. In Washington, D.C., 76-year-old Bennie Coleman, a veteran, was removed from his home by U.S. Marshals over a $134 tax debt. The house was worth $197,000. The government and investors took it all.

It took a 94-year-old woman thirteen years and a unanimous Supreme Court decision to establish that seizing a home’s full equity over a small tax debt is unconstitutional.

That is how far the system will go before someone stops it.

If I were in Congress, the 3 most important pieces of legislation I would champion are:

1) End birthright citizenship & limit it to children of American citizens

2) The SAVE America Act to require photo ID & documentary proof of citizenship

3) Codify that the Census should ONLY include American citizens — neither illegal aliens nor legal non-citizens should count in the apportionment of House seats

December 18, 1972. Neilia blasted through an intersection at 2:30pm with three kids in the car? It doesn’t make sense. Neilia and Amy died on scene. Joe Biden had just won his campaign.
Delaware PD had “modernized” in 1970 and in early 1972 they even had an intelligence unit fully capable of investigating the scene. The other driver (and his family) has maintained even recently that he was not drunk that day, and that that day has continued to haunt him as well. He was travelling through the intersection when they made contact but he was not found liable for the accident as he had right of way.
Were her brakes cut? Was she being chased?
It wasn’t the week before Christmas. She was an intelligent and responsible woman with three children in the vehicle. Something just doesn’t add up.
Maybe it was just a perfect storm of triangulation - but I want to know if any forensics were done on the family car she was driving.
Joe Biden wasn’t going to take the Senate seat. His two boys were in the hospital. He was encouraged to join the Senate and he did end up swearing in at their bedside in the hospital. He was the youngest person ever sworn into the Senate. Neilia was his campaign lead. She was the “brains” of the operation Joe said. He loved her deeply. His baby Amy died. The two boys critically injured. He contemplated suicide but he couldn’t do that to the boys.

His political trajectory has arguably been very interesting. I can’t help but wonder if he was given a message of “take the money and pass these bills or your boys are next”. I wonder what psychiatrist he was connected to after these events - I am sure he was “set up” with someone. Was he given a dose of MK Ultra? Did he give in to the circumstances demoralized and just continue on? Something happened to him- perhaps it was the complete shock and trauma following December 18,1972- but there can be other elements at play as well that could have come in after the fact, cozied up to him in his vulnerability and moulded him from there.

When Neilia was alive and they were a family, his priorities were in line with every middle class American- working class, his father was Irish Catholic, Neilia’s family was Presbyterian.

Her vehicle was in a ditch 150 ft off the road. It was December in Delaware headed to Pennsylvania- icy conditions I bet and I just can’t see her blasting full speed ahead and not watching the road- unless she was being chased, had no brakes, and glanced over her shoulder to see who was chasing her.

Maybe she was just checking on the kids… the world was sold this story that the other driver Curtis was drunk. Maybe Joe Biden was sold that story also in hypnotherapy at his psych…

I think there is enough to just take a look back and see if forensics were done on the family station wagon. The Deleware PD at that time had all the capacity to build a file. Whatever the cause, that day changed the course of Joe Biden’s life forever- and with it, America’s course also changed.
