Have said it before, but Oliveto at @Haddington_DL is comfortably the best restaurant in the Dun Laoghaire area. My Gambas a la Plancha and Risotto with Cod & Taramasalata were both divine. Excellent cooking
Another enjoyable meal at Oliveto at @Haddington_DL. The Andarl pork shoulder was delicious and accompanied by fab roast potatoes. I’m also happy to report that they have upped their focaccia game since the last visit 😉

An incredible man was buried today. Barry was a superbly talented chef, a wonderful friend and an all around gentleman. Our thoughts are with all of his family and friends and his partner Claire at this time. May his memory live on through all the wonderful meals he has created.
