Really @UPS?! This is great service!

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@ultabeauty @TooFaced @kyliecosmetics Why won’t you honor this sale for the below item? #poorcustomerservice @Sephora

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@GMC @GMC @GM needs to make good on this issue and you are FAILING to do so. I’m sure @Ford will welcome my business this summer.

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@mtbarra @GM your GMC escalation team is a joke. Parts for a seatbelt on national backorder. Can’t use my vehicle and nothing being done

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@GMC Your response to my Dm is not helpful. The open case and case manager are doing nothing to assist. I’ve asked this to be escalated. No dice

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@GMC While I wait for a response to the DM, here is how my inoperable vehicle was returned to me #unacceptable @mtbarra

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@GMC @mtbarra Would you sell me a car that didn’t have an operation seatbelt? Why am I still paying lease payments on this vehicle that I can’t use?!

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@GMC @mtbarra If a seatbelt is on “National backorder”, then my vehicle should be replaced if I can’t use it safely. Pretty sure this violates federal law

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@mtbarra @GM @lithiamotors this is one of your dealerships. You should be ashamed at the level of customer service and disrespect to a loyal customer

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@mtbarra @GM #timetobuyaford

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@ZGallerie Damaged chair yet again and it’s been several days since CS started looking into this mess. All I’m looking for is a refund. Simple enough!

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@RossMarvin Is this the real fish?

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@OmniHotels I am celebrating my bday in NYC and your front desk Manager Nick Palumbo ruined this stay. He is rude and unprofessional.

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@DLoesch @timkaine reminds me of a used car salesman. Anyone else??

[Dana Loesch @DLoesch]

This is one of the worst moderators I have ever seen in any debate format. Truly, unbelievably awful. Embarrassing. #VPdebate

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@DanAmira @FreeBeacon @BernieSanders @wolfblitzer Zwaik?!

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@LowesCares yes. I've spent many hours waiting for this grill to arrive and trying to track it down. Still no luck.

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@LowesCares I did. The response from the updated rant did not resolve the issue. What do I need to do to have a manager call me? #lowesfail

[Frank Basile @FJB197]

@Lowes you guys dropped the ball again! This is the third time my delivery didn't happen. What do I need to do to get the items I paid for?!
