@Finnair why did you not inform BEFORE the flight that you did not load any catering due to the industrial action? The disruption itself already has been a pain to deal with but this is just unacceptable.

@RailService Umsteigen in Renens von Biel nach Genf Flugh. und vv ist umständlich. Leute mit Gepäck & es gibt ungenügend Lifte / Rolltreppen in Renens, zudem ist der Bhf eine Baustelle. Die Umsteigezeit von 4 Minuten ist zu kurz, insbesondere, weil man das Perron wechseln muss.

It is still unclear what the qualification period is (tier updates 09/2024 is vague, is it 01SEP or 30SEP?) and how the past stays/nights are calculated after the devaluation 2022. Recently, @RadissonRewards gave out free status yet loyal customers are left in the dark. 2/2
@RadissonRewards IT and loyality program is truly shambles. My account has seen several modifications to stays/nights this year with customer service trying to explain differently at each occasion how their program actually works in terms of qualification. 1/2
