Our sales manager Yuri is very handsome.
The women on the team decided it was time he find a wife.
They put his pictures on a facebook group.
450,000 Women saw it.
He's gotten 3,200 messages since yesterday.
If he can get this many leads for himself, imagine how many he can get for you.
My head of ops just fired his brother from the team after being with us for over a year
He told me in our morning meeting "He was justing not performing to my standards"
Absolutely ruthless lol, gotta love it
5 MAJOR COLD CALLING MISTAKES FROM A LIVE AUDIT OF A COLD CALL CENTER
(my mom bought me the owl for my videos lol)
So one of our clients is a cold calling company and they asked us for help with quality control, and in the process of auditing and reviewing their calls we found 5 major mistakes:
1. They're too nice, ask about their day
The problem is uncanny valley niceness. You show niceness to strangers by offering value, not making conversations.
2. Starting by saying: this is First name + Last name from...
The problem is excessive formality. Solve by having them watch 1. old episodes of the apprentice 2. all in podcast 3. American sommelier documentary
3. Confirm the person's info like title and so in the beginning of the call
Problem is wasting time and why are you calling them if you don't have this knowledge + what if it's the wrong job title but the right person, they're just going to hang up.
4. Being too pushy with the appts without explaining the value of that meeting + the girl said "we can just lock up a 10-15 mins call and you can reschedule it" That "you can reschedule" is a mistake . Depends on the call flow tbh, but mostly it ends up being a no show as it wasn't built on actual interest.
Push for a real meeting.
5. Asking direct yes or no permission questions vs. assuming the sale:
They should assume their acceptance already. When asking a direct Yes or No question, the answer is mostly no i.e. how about this, imma send u an email with more info, + an invitation link for a 15 min call with the ...... Instead. of, I'll send u an email sure, but are you interested in booking a call?
If you need help with any of this just dm otherwise have a great day + talk soon :)
