Introducing ACT-2 Preview
The first robotics model to unify broad generalization with high reliability. A single fine-tuning example can teach Memo a new behavior that generalizes.
Zero shot, real unseen homes, 99% success rate.
@davidsenra@JonathanRoss321 Seems like he has an incredible ability to think at different abstraction levels -- I suspect this is a consistent trait of great founders.
The most insight-dense podcast episode I've listened to in a while -- @davidsenra and @JonathanRoss321
This section might be my favorite:
"""
The idea of reality quotient is: there are a lot of really smart people who wouldn't recognize reality if it tapped them on the shoulder.
... It's the ability to choose the dominant form of the game that's being played. What most really successful founders and entrepreneurs do is: everyone else is playing this game, and if you play this higher-level game, you win.

Tip for building in public:
If making content feels like extra work, show the work already happening inside your product. A tiny screen recording, the first version, or the user behavior that changed your design. The reasoning matters more than production value.
i've been enjoying the real secret weapon in Grok Build - free (seemingly unlimited?) access to all the real time conversations on X
i use it to quickly understand public events and opinions, and it's completely goated - see video below. it's not sped up btw - that's jut how fast it is
i'm actually surprised this isn't a built-in skill in Grok Build given this is a real differentiator, but anyway i just published how i do it as a "/whathappened" skill here https://t.co/bzs83WuBoL - enjoy!
@maria_airealist@GaryMarcus I don't think we've nearly satisfied the demand for AI yet. And with the (still) exponential growth in demand, we will definitely need data centers.
@David_Kasten@TheStalwart Makes sense! Somewhat unrelated, but this posture also pretty clearly explains why I think the big, horizontal labs won't swallow every AI vertical. The fiddly details do matter, but for big labs they're not the primary interest.
@Lukebonnici1@ben_sage I like this. What's your preferred way to develop the brand guideline? I'm starting to lean towards single-file HTML/JSX snippets over screenshots or PDFs.
