I built a website, a CRM and an AI chat for a moving company in Stockholm. The chat quotes a move from photos of your rooms.
Now I'm launching ads for them, and I'm doing it all in public: code, budget, leads, mistakes.
Here's what's done so far 🧵
The first RWA powered farming game on Robinhood Chain 🌾
⛏️ Mine gold & silver priced by real markets
🛢️ Pump oil that tracks real crude
🌱 Plant, raise, battle and earn

Built https://t.co/RUEj1gvZga for a Stockholm moving company:
• 3 languages
• AI chat: snap a photo of your stuff → get a quote
• custom CRM behind it
Ads go live soon. That's when I find out if the AI chat actually converts or just looks cool. Will share what happens.
SEO tip: stop prompting AI for "SEO text".
Export your Search Console queries, paste the ones with impressions but no clicks, and ask: "what is this person actually trying to find out?"
Then write the page that answers that. Way better than keyword soup.
Meta just dropped Muse Spark Open: 816B params (42B active), 1M-token context, open weights, aimed squarely at coding agents.
And it runs locally on… two M5 Ultra Mac Studios.
"Local AI" now has a price tag. Who's actually self-hosting this vs just hitting OpenRouter?
Tesla this week, explained like a sprint review:
✅ Roadster that "flies" (demo done, prod TBD)
✅ Cybercab fleet in Austin 8x in a month, 300+ cars
✅ FSD v14.3 Lite pushed to old HW3 cars
⏳ Q3 earnings Oct 21, aka the retro
Velocity: insane. Tech debt: classified.
Hi, I’m Maksym 👋
Web dev in Stockholm 🇸🇪
Building in public:
• site + CRM for a moving company
• AI chat that quotes moves from photos
• their first ads, every number shared
Let’s connect if you’re an indie hacker, build with AI or do SEO.
What are you building? 👇
@casparbuilds Not live yet, launching in the next few days. I’ll post the first numbers in public. A site per app is smart. Do you see more installs from Google or from the App Store itself?
@akfullstack Would love the details! Funny overlap: I built one on Supabase for a moving company here in Stockholm. Is no-shows the main pain your users have? For movers it’s mostly quoting and scheduling crews.
@Isaac_Dev0@usetranspose Let’s do it 🤝 Transpose sounds useful. I write a lot of technical stuff that reads dry. Does it work on threads too, or single posts only?
@uiNerd ex-rich’ made me laugh 😅 Hi Alex 👋 Web dev in Stockholm building sites, CRMs and AI chats for local businesses. A bakery would honestly be a fun next client: order form, pickup reminders, done.
@fedepontehq Shipping something a bit weird from Stockholm 🇸🇪: an AI chat that looks at photos of your rooms and quotes a fixed moving price, no site visit. Built it with a CRM on Supabase for a local mover.
@Iam_HITESH__ Hi 👋 Building an AI chat that prices moves from room photos, plus a CRM on Supabase for a Stockholm company. Launching their ads next and sharing every number.
