...but said he would have to call. He had been provided with a "token" which was left in a voicemail message he didn't know how to access. So he couldn't get speak to the right team.

He drove to see his daughter-in-law who sorted it.

There was no suspicious activity.

@PUMA UK do narrow fit but not wide fit. Makes no sense: if you have narrow feet you can always tie them tighter. If you have wide feet you can't wear them comfortably. Do you realise it's not about being overweight? It's about your bones. I had wide feet even as a skinny kid.
