L’OIM ha accolto a Fiumicino 124 rifugiati, tra cui 71 minori, arrivati attraverso il programma di Reinsediamento promosso da @Viminale
in coordinamento con @ItalyMFA. Un’iniziativa che continua a offrire protezione e assistenza a persone costrette a lasciare il proprio Paese.

IOM is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life after a vessel carrying 75 Sudanese refugees caught fire off Libya's coast on 14 Sep. At least 50 lives were lost. 

IOM provided lifesaving medical care to 24 survivors. Urgent action is needed to end such tragedies at sea.
