Old Robocup Junior Soccer member.
I was Leader of SPQR team, now I am a simple software engineering student. In my freetime I enjoy improving my homebuilt robot
When you are a firmware hacker and have way too much time during quarantine. Messing with very very LOW level stuff in Windows and a really cheap mouse with 0 documentation

We are proud to announce our victory at #RomeCup2019 in the SoccerOpen category! Italian team qualificated for #RoboCup2019 🇦🇺 🇮🇹. Here some photos with my friends 🤩 @teamgopstop@flagalax
@bwv552_St_Ann We consider puhing when there is an evident contact between two robots. In this case the robot avoided collisions and i don't even think it touched any robots at all. The other robots were free to move in any moment
My diy robot finally got hybrid: weights 1.1kg but it can follow ir and orange balls. Every single piece of it is entirely made in my house including the omnidirectional mirror.
There is still a lot of work to do but hey, it's just an hobby! I do not take part of any competitions
Who would have guessed that the raspberry pi ZERO was able to track the ball at 60fps.
No opencv, pure C++ magics, pi camera 1.3 and even works in a low light room.
At the right you can see the serial data output by the raspberry
Me and my robot want to wish the whole community of robocup a good competition :)
I will not be present this year because of the university exams, but my juniors are going to participate in junior soccer.
Remember: have fun, learn new things and make new friends!
