Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc.

@accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. I just had a client who needed a high iron diet. (I’m a private nutritional chef)
One of her faves:
Lentil salad with kale, edamame, tomatoes, feta, grilled chicken (or steak, ups the iron 2mg), lemon vinaigrette.
High protein…high iron. About 7-9mg of iron for a lunch, depending on your meat choice. I make this in my own meal prep and just keep some meat choices and dressing choices on the side. Add in avocado or different dressings. Play around with it.
Get the frozen shelled edamame, lentils are cheap and nutritious, citrus vinaigrettes help unlock iron because of their vitamin C. Or even just squeeze some lemon on your food with olive oil.
Play around with food, it is your best route to healing your body.

I’m not all that bright when it comes to the real estate market. I have no idea of all of the ins and outs of inspections, closing costs, etc. I didnt even know what the word escrow meant till a few years ago. And I suck at negotiating. 😂
So yeah…Not everyone needs a realtor but I would DEFINITELY need a realtor.
Plus I like the idea of supporting people’s incomes while they help me get a good price. Win win in my book!
