@SesujinIsLost Unfortunately GoD being way easier to reach is by design. They want the status symbol png to be available to way more people because it feels good.
@Nozushii 3.) I like how the risk is directly tied to reward on hit, because it doesn't invalidate how the defender decides to deal with it. Making it harder/less rewarding to grind reactions in training, or forcing you to do it through overstacked properties, is not good design IMO.
@Nozushii 2.)I think in Tekken the risk is justified because it's so hard to defend. Reacting to lows is basically never a core part of counterstrategy, it's something added on top, if the attacker decides to use less solid moves.
@Nozushii Wheter or not the reactable move is a mid/overhead or a low is irrelevant, there are 2D characters with only reactable lows, their purpose is the same. Generally, I agree, reactable mixups are often at least safe on block.
Tekken 8 has became a better game with this one update: EXTREMELY healthy patch overall.
In any case... keep'em coming!
Let the devs know this is still not enough: MORE nerfs across-the-board!
(Even though they don't seem willing to address movement, I'm taking what I can get.)
@KungFuKobi Hope you make a video on Hwoarang. As a Hwo player, I really like the changes. I think even if he ends up weak for a while, it's good. They can always buff him back up again once the game is healthier.
