#mshsl board votes down motion to move volleyball to winter/spring.
It’s a tie vote, motion fails due to lack of majority.

Motion now being made to start volleyball as scheduled on Aug 17.

Return to Participation for Adapted Soccer will be addressed through collaborative planning with the Minnesota Adapted Athletics Association and the MSHSL.

Football possibilities include fewer games, no scrimmages, revamped/limited postseason, spectator limits, being moved to spring ... or no changes.

Volleyball and soccer have been discussed, football now on the table for discussion. No votes have been taken on these three sports at this point.

With girls tennis, cross-country, girls swimming and diving, #mshsl board approves…

-Limit of 3 teams in xc events

-Limit 2 teams in tennis and swim/dive

-Limit 1-2 events per week per team

Meaning those sports have been cleared for this fall.
