@hertz I returned my car 2 days ago and am unable to get in touch with anyone for written confirmation of my completed rental. I have called the main customer service line, the agency I picked up my car in Asheville, NC, and the agency I dropped off my car in New York City.
@karthik_madras@TravelGov Hey! If you call they’ll tell you which agency it’s in. I called and apparently they’re processing some applications in centers not in phase 1 yet, they’re just not open to the public and have way more limited staff. And they’re not rerouting applications (yet). Hope that helps!
