@SingaporeAir Booked ticket for Milan last year (to travel in March) when VTL was announced but Italy has changed its policy and tourists from Singapore are not allowed. Very unfair of SQ to refuse request for cancellation and refund in this circumstance.

@sporeMOH I received a HRW today that I have some exposure to a Covid case on Sept 20. I immediately took a ART (negative result) and booked and took a PCR. I am supposed to take an. ART test on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day as well as a PCR at the beginning of the exposure.
