The Putting Fans First Act has been introduced to counter FIFA's controversial dynamic pricing system.

Fans told us that supporters with disabilities face exclusion from the tournament.

They say prices for tickets have drastically increased and companions are no longer included.

FIFA has yet to respond to DW's request for comment.

Fans with disabilities continue to be sidelined and priced out by FIFA’s policies ahead of the World Cup. Less than 3 months out and still no public communication from FIFA in relation to their accessibility tickets or information. Inclusion is not about words, it is about action
