Putting their new cooking skills to the test, P.A.N program grads serve a spaghetti dinner in the community.
The non-profit charity @Their_Opp in partnership with @ottawacity & OPS, concluded another Physical Activity and Nutrition program.
Up to 100 participants between the ages of 10 and 16 participate in a combined program involving physical activity, healthy meal preparation and nutrition education every year.
This year, the graduates of the program gave back to the community by inviting residents from the @sghottawa and the Oaks Residence to attend the Alexandre Community Center for a spaghetti dinner, which was prepared by the kids.
The Ottawa Police NRT Carlington Team attended the event and distributed gifts to the graduates to celebrate their accomplishments.
Thank you to all the partners for another successful P.A.N program.

This is garbage, say what you want about going after him because of the snapshot sure...but a gutless cross check like that to the face...this angle really shows how bad it was
@OPALamothe Thank you, but it really is a team effort and all the men and women that work in community Policing deserve this nomination, I work with some really incredible people 😊
