Building @FlareFlec FLEC Hub 🔥

We’re focused on a gap that still matters in Web3: Spanish-speaking users need more than translated content. They need a clear path from understanding a protocol to confidently taking their first verifiable onchain actions.

FLEC Hub connects education with real interaction on Flare, guiding users through wallet safety, FAssets, test FXRP, and onchain progression.

We’ve already validated the experience with first-time users during our FlareColombia event in Pereira and with beta testers from the Flare community. 🌎

I actually feel the opposite, my friend 😅🙌

I’ve been introducing people to crypto since late 2015, and it’s always been one of my favorite parts of being in this space.

I still love seeing someone go from knowing nothing about crypto to becoming curious and asking questions.

Lately, I’ve especially enjoyed introducing new people to @FlareNetworks and showing them what’s being built in the ecosystem. ☀️🔥

Deep down, I’d love to make events like these my full-time job one day. 😁

The Flare Summer Hackathon is gradually coming to an end and yoooo,

I'm laying my hands on and testing 5 projects from the hackathon.

First:

1. @FlareFlec

Got some private access keys to test.

I love the core of the project, which is an educational onboarding system to onboard the LATAM community to the Flare ecosystem.

➥ Onboarding
━━━━━━━━━
I love the bilingual feature.

And I suggest having an immediate bilingual tab right on the first interface.

This would give a non-Spanish-speaking user the chance to switch to English right from the start of the app.

I also like the signing of the safety terms and conditions from the onset as a gateway to exploring every other feature.

Which makes the terms and conditions less easy to skip.

➥ Learning Sections
━━━━━━━━━

The educational unit sections aren’t bulky, and they are simple to assimilate.

I love the reading voice that can read out the learning topics, and I also like the ‘key learning sections’.

The quick question section, coupled with the “review explanation or answer” feature,

which takes one back to the lesson to enhance better comprehension, is awesome.

But I suggest following a more structured learning progression.

Since the first unit talks about Flare as a Layer 1 blockchain with its own data protocol integrated,

the next could introduce the data protocols, such as FDC and FTSO, and then, brick by brick, take it to FAssets.

This would make the learning journey feel more connected as the user progresses through the ecosystem.

➥ Rewards
━━━━━━━━━

I like the NFT mechanism, PoP certification, etc.

This makes learning and getting rewarded work together, which I think is cool.

➥ Wallet & UI
━━━━━━━━━

I connected on my mobile, so from a user point of view,

I suggest adding more EVM-compatible and Flare-native wallets.

Also, work on making it soooo seamless to connect on mobile.

Slight UI improvements would be cool too.
