ก็เลยไปหาวิธีเอา Claude Code มาใส่

ผลคือ ได้ Second brain แบบพิมพ์คุยได้ ถามได้ + แก้ไขโน้ตได้ โดยไม่ต้องสลับโปรแกรมเลย โคตรดี

เสียอย่างเดียว คือ ต้องจ่าย Claude subscription $20/m ไปเรื่อย ๆ (ซึ่งตอนนี้ก็โอเค เพราะใช้บ่อย)

🧠 ในตอนท้ายของวิดีโอคุณเขาได้พูดถึงแนวทางในการป้องกันและเสริมสร้างความแข็งแร็งให้กับสมองด้วยค่ะ (ส่วนใหญ่ก็เป็นสิ่งที่เรารู้อยู่แล้ว เช่น นอนหลับให้เพียงพอ, ออกกำลังกายสม่ำเสมอ, ทานอาหารที่มีประโยชน์, etc.)

🧠 แล้วมันมีหัวข้อหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจมากนั่นก็คือการสร้าง Cognitive reserve หรือการสร้างพลังสำรองทางการรู้คิด (เปรียบเทียบคล้ายๆกับพลังงานสำรองของสมองที่เราสร้างเก็บไว้ใช้ตอนอายุมากขึ้นนั่นเองค่ะ)

🧠 แล้วเราจะสามารถสร้าง cognitive reserve ได้อย่างไร – ทุกครั้งที่มีการเรียนรู้อะไรใหม่ๆ สมองของเราจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพโดยการสร้างการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเซลล์ประสาทค่ะ หรือที่เรียกว่า synapses ยิ่งเราเรียนรู้มากเท่าไหร่ เราก็จะยิ่งมีจุดเชื่อมต่อเหล่านี้สะสมไว้มากเท่านั้น
