Just a morning reminder, everyone's Eating disorder manifests and looks different. Please stop invalidating people's experiences, it's actually quite rude & damaging.
Don't know what's going on, but can we go back to working together.🙏 My newsfeed is awful for this this morning
the stigma surrounding personality disorders ESPECIALLY in the mental health community is so depressing to see. being told you’re aggressive and violent, you act suicidal for attention and you compete with other people with PDs to see who is “worse”. what? I feel sick

Racism is the language of scumbags
SUICIDE.

"Healthy weight" doesn't mean:
- healthy behaviours
- good relationship with food
- good body image
- happy
It means a medical professional used a chart from the 1800s to tell you you're fine. "Healthy" means way more than your weight.
