Flashmates is completely safe and every listing on the platform is verified and genuine. Most importantly, we are focused on ensuring that the experience is smooth and that users leave the platform with them finding what they are looking for. We are actively working on being compliant with local housing laws and will also be localizing the platform based on the region.

during his time in the US, he identified a significant gap in the real estate market. he decided to relocate to India to build @Flashmateshq.

What did I get done today?
- Opened up @Flashmateshq for real estate agents/realtors globally.
- Cold DMed real estate agents that I know. Got a positive response from a lot of folks that I reached out to.
- Soft-launched @flashmatesU for universities in Northeast Ohio. Seeing some good numbers with sign-ups and also some listings being posted to the platform.
- Soft-launched @SubletterHQ in NYC and Berlin. Need to figure out a marketing strategy here.

My end goal with @Flashmateshq is to not just be another ordinary housing/real estate platform but to be a platform that actually helps people and is trusted by billions globally while being safer and faster.

Along with that, I want Flashmates to be an ecosystem of real estate products. Real estate is a broad domain. This is why we have products like @SubletterHQ, @GruhamBot, @FlashmatesU, @CREXHQ and @FlashmatesAI.

If we are able to simplify real estate for anyone, anywhere across the globe, where our product has successfully helped the user, then I would consider that success.

At @Flashmateshq, we are on a mission to build the world’s biggest network of student housing and help students from all over the globe with their housing needs through our product offering @FlashmatesU.

We currently have over thousands of students from over 25+ countries looking for housing on the platform everyday and this number is going to exponentially increase in the coming days as we officially launch FlashmatesU.

We want to work with landlords/ property owners/property managers who own and manage rental properties near universities. Flashmates has the technology, network and community to help you reach a much wider audience, screen tenants and allow you to manage your property. Our platform will help you a lot of time, effort and money and the make the whole process smooth.

We also want to work with universities to build a custom platform where their students can find both on-campus housing as well as off-campus housing near their university. International students go through a lot of challengs and we want to make this a platform that understands their needs. We are also building a community for international students and sub-communities based on nationality and language.
