Just a friendly public service announcement, the war in Gaza ended on October 10, 2025 almost a full year ago. The peace plan implementation is stalled because Hamas refuses to disarm. Zero. Hamas declared none throughout the war, nor agreed to any specific safe zones for civilians to escape harm.

All designated humanitarian or safe areas (like al-Mawasi and later expansions) were unilaterally set by Israel via evacuation orders and maps. Hamas instead operated from civilian areas, launched rockets from the Israeli zones, and actively discouraged people from leaving to use them as human shields.
