The accessory is a edge protector. If you see the video I have posted, the edge is exposed.

No revert on that till now.

@volkswagenindia Took delivery of Taigun from PPS Motors Kolkata on 29 Aug. Accessory installed shabbily + car delivered with no washer fluid. Emailed on 2 Sep, got no reply. Very poor delivery experience.
Lack of attention to detail; missing compared to 2015 purchase of Polo.

Some dumbfuck called me and told me that car does not come with windshield washer from factory but water. When I said to write it on an email he shat himself and disappeared.

It's been almost 2 months since I complained. Today they are saying claim has not been approved!

Wtf!

Moreover they did not provide any resolution for the missing windshield liquid.
