You had many different pieces of equipment that did different things in xi and could be used across different jobs different weapons etc. There is one path in xiv

@moonmin_03 Hi, I played xi back before all the level cap shit so basically stuck at 75. Drk was mainly used in endgame content to absolutely burn shit down with a kraken club and ridill combo, that paired with souleater/bloodweapon. Very nasty other wise its basic damage class with stun
