@carniverity yeah it's really annoying because the last season pretty much painted Shauna as the single villain by the end and I don't like that angle. ><
@carniverity no, I get you, and I love this art piece, but I do generally hate how the show (especially in the last season) moves away from collective responsibility/participation and puts the blame on individual characters. I hope the final season recenters that
Hundreds have rallied in Albania against plans by a Jared Kushner-linked investment firm to develop Sazan Island and parts of a protected national park into a luxury resort.
Anger was fuelled by comments by Ivanka Trump, describing Sazan as a ‘private island’ they ‘discovered’.
One thing that I haven’t seen on the tl from yesterday. RJ said Florence Welch is a HUGE fan of the show and wants to be in it but RJ hasn’t figure out a role for her. Apparently, she was on set for some of the Theatre des Vampires scenes. Crazy!
Armand is so hard to read as a character, everything he’s been through is so extreme, and living for over 500 yrs is literally beyond what any normal person can fathom.I can’t even figure out how he kept going all this time without suicide, alright if I really pick it apart though it makes sense ‘cause every stage of his life he’s been controlled by someone else, enslaved/guided/forced into the job he didn’t want, that’s prob what kept him alive in a way, oh that’s why he loves being dominated ‘cause that’s the dynamic that’s actually gotten him through centuries. The control issues he has are the mildest effect of his trauma, it’s almost miraculous how stable his core still is, most people with his backstory would’ve gone crazy ages ago
