โyeah, those babies donโt wait for anyone.โ
giggling she shook her head before nudging her mother gently with her arm. โyouโre welcome. i know i can give you a hard time about your job, but i get how important it is.โ
โSometimes I do wish that too, but then I think of what could happen if I was to do that.โ Arizona admitted.
As she slowly scrolled through, replying to a few emails a small smile came across her lips. โThank you, sweetie. I try my best!โ
โi wish you could put it on do not disturb, but i get that you canโt.โ
smiling softly she glanced over at Arizona from scrolling on her own phone. โyouโre good at what you do. i get why everyone wants you to be their doctor.โ
โOf course.โ Arizona nodded, rolling her eyes. โAlways work emails, always.โ She mumbled as she held her phone in her other hand, scrolling down. โNo rest for the wicked, as they say!โ
โokay.โ
nodding she snuggled in to wait. she was eager to go get a new pair of shoes, but she also wasnโt about to push for her mother to rush through her emails. โsounds good. work emails?โ
Another roll of her eyes and the woman nodded. โGive me half an hour.โ She said, not even protesting or even attempting to bargain with her daughter, because she knew ultimately she would lose.
โI just have to send a few emails and then Iโll take you out, yeah?โ
moaning she rested her head on her motherโs shoulder; slightly protesting at the question.
โmamaโฆtheyโre my only black and white pair. my other ones are either colored too brightly or browns and things like that. they donโt go with every outfit like these do.โ
The blonde raised her brow when her daughter spoke, a small chuckle escaped her lips.
โAnd there it is.โ She pointed out, but left her arm wrapped around the teen. โAnd whatโs wrong with the other 20 pairs of shoes you have?โ
