@krokulus_@imfloppacore No but seriously, I stopped reading during the sports fest because it didn't feel like it was going anywhere, now you're telling me it's a whole new genre?
@Carnigelatex And it's so good when you do it multiple times and shift the target gradually. Watching them struggle to figure out what's wrong, but they can't because in their mind, it's always been this way, each time making them more the ideal you want, until eventually they stop fighting...
@JP_Excelsior This would have been so nice to see first, a tweet actually taking into account spoilers, but unfortunately I immediately got the tweet that just up and said "this has been added to the encyclopedia" and could immediately assume why.
Fun fact, this was spoiled in the official story trailer prior to the release of Shadowbringers.
When asked why he allowed such a big story reveal in a trailer of all things, Yoshi-P basically answered "We have bigger reveals waiting, we can give away one".
Well.
Learning that Zodiark and Hydaelyn are the most powerful and eldest of Primals was *not* on my bingo card.
Ascians were, are, of the original world, sundered into 13 Shards along with The Source.
This explains how they can move between them, as I guessed!
@JohnStink92@Khorgnir Anyone could heal in GW1. Every class had *some* form of healing skills, and you could multi-class if you wanted dedicated Monk healing. GW1 pioneered the self-sufficient MMO character.
@CarnaeAssadaEP4@durandalcomplex No, From Software made Armored Core and Dark Souls. Bandai Namco only published the games, and they have their own in-house dev team working on Rogue Orbit now.
@Novus_Prime1 I call BS. What do you think carried my love of giant robots as a child when we had no Robotech, no Toonami, and the Transformers had turned into animals?
@MechaGirlOTD Even WITH the V-fin, I couldn't tell it was a Gundam.
But I'm not complaining. To me, more mech is a good thing, and frankly, being more divorced from the regular Gundam trappings makes it more free to experiment with cool stuff like, say, fighting a dragon with a giant sword.
@MechaGirlOTD@BootlegYasumi Yeah, the way that name is written sounds like a model number like the RX-78, almost like HE'S the prototype model and not the Helix.
@DeltyThe73rd On the one hand this ragebait is making me want to rage.
On the other hand, the entire reason I got into battletech was I wanted more Glaug in my life, so I honestly can't complain too much.
@DeltyThe73rd The game's story is a little self-contained so it might not be AS deep into the lore as, say, MW5. But that also makes it a good way to dip your toes in.
@jim_noblet@PaladinAshe I disagree when it comes to main themes, but I like anything that you can sing along to. I will say though, the ambient music in Robotech is far more memorable (not counting Minmei's performances).
