@EastMidRailway The train Manager. A really helpful colleague on the platform suggested talking to the Manager before getting on, we did and she refused as Revenue Protection were on the train.

@EastMidRailway a unhappy customer. On a super op, the 10.13 off Leicester had space, 10.32 cancelled, not allowed on early train. I look forward to making my claim which wouldn't have happened if I could have been allowed on the earlier train.
