@flefler_ & I ran trial L/D net N2 incubations to see if this picocyanobacteria, Vulcanococcus sp., is fixing N! We cultured some in N-free media & N-enriched media for a month (pic1), & diluted each into either N-free media or N-enriched media (pic2) for the incubation (pic3)
