Honestly with Medallions being out of Blitz mode for genuinely no reason for so long, they gotta find a way to add it into Creative/UEFN.

While Medallions in Fortnite BR didn't get great feedback, they're still incredibly unique items that could be useful in a ton of maps.

Here's the 2026 updated list of items Epic can officially add to creative (with some fixes Epic gotta do will note them down).

With custom items being experimental and very limited, the need for items is STILL high. Around 300 missing still

- Spicy Slapperoni Slice (CH7S2. Reload)
- Twin Siphon Shotguns (CH7S2)
- Hoprock Cube Rifle (CH7S2)
- Frozen (CH2S5. Doesn't work on guards but on players it applies Icy Feet every shot. Mesh breaks on reload)
- Lawless Breacher Hand Cannon (CH6S2. 500 structure damage. Bug if u have it inventory every item deals 500 structure damage. Should only work while Hand Cannon is equipped)
- Unstable Spire Rifle (CH6S3. Supposed to have random bullet pellet spread)
- Lawless Hoprock SMG (CH6S2)
- Lightning Sweeper Shotgun (CH6S4. The lightning chain is supposed to damage the enemy through builds but it doesn't)

Sprite hunters rejoice - Sprites are back in the next Battle Royale season: Override!
Next season will introduce a whole new generation of Sprites to collect and master - including new powers and variants, Quality-of-Life improvements based on your feedback, and new ways to discover Sprites in (and out of) your games.
Sprites you’ve collected in Season 3: Runners will be immortalized in the new Sprite Garden - an island getaway where you can play with your Sprites, visit friends’ garden sanctuaries, and showcase your entire collection! As you gather Sprites in Season 4, they’re immediately added to your Garden too.
Your Season 3 Sprites will live on in this new Garden, as unlocked styles in the Sprite Mastery Pod Back Bling and pilots in the Guardian Outfit, and stay as part of your Sprite Collection page alongside this new generation. Look out for more details on how the Sprite Garden, built in collaboration with Fairview Portals and Beyond Creative, works and evolves over time.
Sprites from past generations may return down the line, offering another shot to add them to your roster and flex their tiny Sprite muscles in Battle Royale again.
Season 4’s Sprite generation also includes the five Design-A-Sprite contest winners arriving in mid-season updates:
