Today's Plantry lunch dishes were orzo Greek pasta salad or a Italian orzo pasta salad with beautiful dressing made with our own fircroft honey and herbs. And not forgetting the soup of the day a @FircroftCollege apple potato and leek 😋 Enjoy

Experimenting with making raisins from grapes grown in our garden 🍇 maybe they'll end up in a dessert option on our menu, or in mincemeat for the Plantry in a few months?!

Growing our own #FircroftPlantry ginger crop! This one piece of ginger has sprouted four new plants to grow on to produce more ginger to harvest next year. Let's see what delicious recipes our kitchen can use this for, or maybe some ginger tea mixes?
