Referring to M60 between J7 & J18 M62 Why not make this a 50 zone & at peak/busy times a 30 zone instead of 70,60,50,40, then GRIDLOCKED Theres that many joining slip roads & barton bridge it can only ease traffic congestion

@HighwaysNWEST @HighwaysEngland Is there really any need to have all lanes running when the roads are quieter? Surly the left lane can be closed off at non peak times? It worries me about a vehicle breaking down in the dark and instantly stuck in a live lane. You've created a dangerous scenario
