Kicked off at 8:55 AM with a new personal best - 45 in a single set! Continued with more reps, reaching a total of 120 💪
🏋️ Squats:
Followed the same timeline as push-ups. Upped the ante at 9:05 AM with 30 squats in one go, totaling 120 by 9:15 AM. The intensity is building up!
🧊 Ice Bath at 9:18 AM:
Wrapped up the session with an 11 mins plunge. Took just 18 seconds to get comfortable. No nerve issues or shivering today - felt absolutely amazing! Seems like the pre-bath workout really prepped me for the cold. 🌊
