@Sony @SonosSupport I have loved having my Sonos Beam for the past few months, but sick of my TV restarting nearly everytime I turn it on. Forums full of this issue with Sony TVs and the Beam, when using the ARC connection. Any fixes?

@SonosSupport I think so. Only difference is the Sony TV remote can't control the volume of the Beam. I went into the Sky remote settings and can amend that so it can control the Beam volume. So I could at least have one control that works fully.

@SonosSupport Great thanks, and I will submit a report. The TV is a Sony KD - 49XE8396. Other things plugged in are a Sky Q box and Sony blue ray player, all inti HDMI slots.

@plusnethelp just signed up to your broadband based around my guaranteed and average speed. My confirmation email has all these sections blank and says this info wasn't available when I signed up. I really want something in writing detailing what I was told I was guaranteed.
