Amendment 6 is a threat to our Constitutional Republic. If passed, it will move Missouri drastically toward a direct democracy where anyone with the money and resources can pass legislation and change our state constitution leaving the elected representative powerless

My visit to Boone County Drug Court today was a great experience. Commissioner Casey Clevinger is outstanding. I stopped by In2Action to visit Dan Hanneken. They serve those who are released from prison and also struggle with substance abuse.
It was great to give a legislative update and explain the amendments that will be on the November ballot with the women of Christ United Methodist Church in Independence.
Closing the gap to protect property owners from fraudulent liens will be one of the bills I file next session. I appreciate Bella at Fox4 for bringing awareness to this issue.
