@Turbodog702 @bangerrasrl IIRC, the LoC gear doesn't go beyond level 99, even though your character does. Everything is scaled down to level 99 when you play standard mode on Infernal. I'm not 100% sure if this is the case, but I'm pretty sure that was it.
