A U.S. Border Patrol agent was filmed apparently kneeing a man multiple times in the face while other agents held him facedown in Minneapolis last week.

“Stop kneeing him in the face,” Monica Bicking can be heard shouting in the video. “That’s his face! Stop it!”

The footage also shows an agent approaching Bicking, who was filming from the roadside, and telling her that she would be arrested “for impeding” them if she didn’t “back up.”

The other agents picked the detained man up and placed him in the back of a vehicle.
