@Marinatedbawls Kinda thought they’d maybe be a Mark FE7 character but you can choose their gender and then they’re just a plot device with Sothis to explain lore/backstory.

Alternatively, also thought the Sothis plot would maybe be a separate plot independent to the games and they’d be in that

@HellaEmblem I was thinking that maybe it’s because they’re supposed to represent more Arabic/Persian inspired and they wanted to differentiate them from the more African inspired cultures/characters but if that is the case, they 100% could have done that better without making them look ashy

@Hoenn_Boi Yeah! It makes them feel at least a little more personal. I think they took the criticisms some had with Corrin a little too hard with making Byleth a completely blank slate 😭

@jarbenmate I’m surprised it’s still a debate. I think youngish Seteth all but confirms it’s a prequel, and House Lamine existing too. And I doubt IntSys would want to pick a canon route — if Seteth wasn’t present they could make it a sequel and completely ignore the events/affairs of Fodlan

@ValensEXP All I ask is that every class line/type has equal classes in their final stage because Sword Masters and Snipers being only Advanced Classes and certain Master Classes being worse than others was just a chaotic mess
