Then compare it as a percentage to Delta in ATL, AAL in DFW, UAL in DEN and so on

IF the judge flat out ruled to block the merger, how would this affect in industry and out of industry cases in the future?

@Hollandpar91513 @LionelHutz_Esq Can’t remember who but someone had that opinion. Bench trials have a level of unpredictability to them. Decisions coming down to a single person.

I’m still confident that it’ll go through, but there is a level of unpredictability to factor in.

I’ve been following the JetBlue Spirit trial since the beginning. It’s still shocking to me that the DOJ so politically motivated as to not settle this case early on. I’m certain Judge Young will approve, and plenty of DOJ time will have been wasted. Your tax dollars at work.

I mean to me that’s pretty telling that he’s made up his mind. DOJ should have settled when they had the chance

@BrentHumason I feel like this comment isn’t given as much attention as it should. Young sees spirit isn’t doing great, and he sees the market is dynamic. Will it be a total slam dunk for B6? No. Will B6 win this with a couple more divestitures added? Very likely IMO

@ai_factcheck @ManForAllMkts @JabroniCapital Not sure how it’s crafted but I bet the deal goes through. Might have a more creative solution compared to past mergers, but the judge seems to have made his mind I agree. The comment about spirit going belly up is important to keep in mind here
