On the phone to @ScottishPower as we've had no hot water for 10days.

They apparently can't send an engineer to fix it until 28th July... A total of 22 days 🙄

Lassie even asked me how I could use the boiler without a gas supply, after I told her it was an electric-only flat 🤨

ScotPow penalise the uninsuredmaking repairs even more expensive than usual. I was told, in no uncertain terms, it'd be cheaper to get a private engineer out.

The engineer they've booked is only for smart meter install. She even said we'd req someone to verify we had a boiler?🤔

Was contacted with an appeal to vote for someone. When I went to cast the vote I couldn't mind my password, so figured I'd sort it out later. Not good enough for Mr Insistent who desperately needed my vote, apparently... Proceeding to act in a way that secured his being blocked.
