AAU and the rest of the FLIP2G partners are still working very hard to complete and publish all the final deliverables of the project in time. And I’ll be looking forward to finish writing my thesis next year.
Last but not least @aaucreate initiated FLIP2G as project Coordinator and PBL specialist. Aalborg University (AAU) boast a profile as a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and innovative research and educational institution oriented towards the surrounding world. 👇
I was recruited as a PhD student attached to the project in 2019, and have been so fortunate to learn so much during that time. Last October Eva left AAU to pursue a brilliant carrier as a scientific writer, and I took over the project coordination.

Revhein Skole is similarly a digitally and innovative oriented school, with huge investment towards digitalization and interest in game-based learning. They participated to NKUL 2019 the national ICT and learning conference in Norway.
Presenting today our secondary school partners @Mandoulides (Greece) and Revheim Skole (Norway). Our partners developed dedicated course design for the implementation of the pedagogical model and ran evaluation pilots with their classes.
Artelnics was also our business representative for the #EBForum, during which we were able to make a noticeable presentation in front of a wide audience of academics and professionals.
Our second business partner is @artelnics, Artifical Intelligence Techniques from Spain, led by its CEO Roberto Lopez. They provided the Learning Analytics for the project, helping us to get valuable insights into students’ engagement and learning process.

Lena Werthmann was our collaborator in her new position as project manager. The FLIP2G game platform invites students on a mission as they use their knowledge to prepare for the flipped class. A multiplayer mode encourages collaborative learning in class.
Presenting the first of our business partners and a central actor in this project, @nurogames was in charge of the FLIP2G game development. Nurogames GmbH, is an independent games development company founded in 2006 and based in Cologne Germany.
Their current portfolio boasts an impressive 47 projects for research development only. They were recipients of the 2019 @GamifyAwards Gamification in Sustainability award for the game PlasticTwist.
Our partner @Eleni_Der (here at #AdvanceHE) worked with training design, applying the model to professional students in a lifelong learning perspective. Her research resulted in a paper examining online flipped classrooms in Degree Apprenticeships
UNN is also a research-rich excellency university with an impressive register of international projects, including over 30 European Commission programs.
Our project partner @maria_zotou's (pictured here during the #droidconGR16 workshop) work in this milestone provided valuable tools over the course of the project.
During the whole last month of the project, we will be doing a series on our great project partners and their contributions to the project, starting with our first academic partner, University of Macedonia. Thread 👇
