Hey @virginmedia it’s another one of those days. No internet of any kind at my location (LE12) for 2+ hours

Status check says no known issues. Hub rebooted, all lights indicate no issues, zero internet connection for any device on either WiFi or Ethernet cable connections.

For clarity @virginmedia devices are connected both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, all connections are sound, and hub/modem are connected to the outside world, but up/down speeds of zero
