@vaibhav514g, 21 yo, was 12 hours into ideating in space-tech when cold-outreached his way to a founding engineer from SpaceX who raised $X00M.

That was my first introduction to him. 2 AM in our Bangalore office, in the middle of our selection hackathon, 18 months ago.

Since then, he has shown the exact same intensity and energy in everything he does.

In his first weeks at @join_ef, his plan for a single weekend was to cold call 500+ numbers. When it was time to sell in the US, he got on a plane to meet people in person.

Vaibhav dropped out of IIT Bombay, one of India's most selective engineering schools, where he studied electrical engineering.

His co-founder @fliptrail's research at Microsoft Research was highlighted by Satya Nadella and demoed by Bill Gates, and Amish graduated with the Best Bachelor Thesis award, 3 research papers, a US patent application and 170+ citations.

Within weeks of teaming up, they had pilot requests from 3 robotics companies.

I think what is actually needed is for Indian people to actually give a damn about their cities and fellow citizens.

Anybody using the "I pay taxes, I shouldn't have to do anything" excuse should go live in another country. India isn't developed, it's developing, so it needs patriots, not parasites. If this triggers you, it means you're part of the problem.

If you're not happy with the footpath (or a pothole, or anything else which is broken), fix it, or call someone to fix it, and don't give up until it's fixed. Be relentless. Be vocal. Be creative. Make it your mission to get that one thing fixed. Look at what Virendra (@Virendra0698) did by just calling the right people and being respectful (but also persistent). He and Arun Pai (@arunpaiblrwalks) along with the help of GBA and some wonderful volunteers turned an unofficial garbage dump into a pristine, beautiful footpath through sheer force of will.

@HDFC_Bank Point is, we don't even know who to go for help. RM says he will connect with someone in the relevant team. That person says he knows nothing about it. Branch manager is just sitting there as a signatory. Customer support is useless as always.

Really bullshit service from @HDFC_Bank Bellandur. We are requesting for AD code and proper integration of our IEC code with the bank account from the past 3 months.
However, your own bankers don't know the processes and take infinite days to reply to our queries. Due to this our import and exports are blocked. @ICEGATE_CBIC

I wish there were alternatives (similar to Mercury) in the Indian banking system. Happy to immediately migrate our accounts (even personal ones) away from HDFC.
